Aaron has progressed from the Burton youth system to become one of the jewels in Albion's crown. Much courted by league clubs, it is a mystery as to why he has not made the switch to the professional game.

His versatility and adaptability have seen him play in almost every position in the team, but he seems to have settled in the left back slot. He usually manages to weigh in with a number of goals each season, many from free kicks and penalties.

His consistent performances saw him pick up the inaugural Clough The Magic Dragon Player of the Season Award.

Aaron, or 'G' as he is known to his team mates, is renowned as much for his haircuts and dodgy fashion style as for his performances on the pitch
