Serge is a striker with electric pace who joined the Brewers on loan from Grays Athletic in October.

He started his career with MK Dons but made only two appearances before dropping down to non-league football.

Had spells at Kettering Town, Maidenhead United, Halesowen Town, Potters Bar Town and Croydon Athletic before joining Grays in August 2009.

He was released after just one substitute appearances and joined the Brewers on trial. Registration problems at his former club meant that Serge could only stay at the Pirelli Stadium on loan.
